Don't pay for a companies advertising choices.

I'm sure you have seen this for yourself when when searching on the internet for a company to do you a service that at the top of the search page you can see the word Ad to the top left corner next to a company advertising the service you require. To get to the top of the first page of Google requires the company to pay and they can pay £1000's per month to be there.

That cost has to be met by someone AKA YOU!!!!

Secondly, I am seeing a lot of companies advertising there various services and looking like they are LOCAL when they aren't. These nationals will advertise in every town in the country and generally contact local companies offering work. You the end user will be paying the middle man and the local guy, otherwise known as double bubble.

PLEASE KEEP IT LOCAL FOLKS.

Clearances over the last few weeks have included jobs in Salisbury, Eastleigh, Grateley near Andover, Andover town centre.

We have assisted a lovely elderly couple complete a move from their long term home to a warden assisted property, cleared 3 social housing homes to get them back on the market for new tenants and purchesed some lovely items of furniture.

House clearances conducted over the last two weeks include jobs in Salisbury, Winchester and Devizes. 

Due to the terrible amounts of fly tipping happening around our beautiful country I now issue a duty of care note for your safety/security and peace of mind on completion of every clearance. This has my full address, vehicle registration number of my van, waste carriers license number and your details added. Then dated and signed.

I had a busy weekend valuing the house contents of 3 properties in Amesbury, Shrewton and Salisbury. The furniture was a mixed bag of saleable furniture and unsaleable items. One of the homes had some lovely 1970's teak wood furniture which is sort after these days not like in the 1990's where we we having to dispose of them. A few antique pieces of furniture where found which being a lover of antique period furniture put a smile on my face. I offered to buy/purchase these items and as we also clear the unsaleable furniture a price was agreed for these items. 

The way we work is that I will pay for good saleable pieces however we also clear the rubbish. We aren't "cherry pickers".

Completed the clearance of a 2 bed bungalowtoday in Tidworth, Wiltshire, near Amesbury, Wiltshire. It was an Aster managed property so required all carpets and underlay to be removed. We also dismantled and removed a shed. 

We completed the clearance of a 3 bed house today in Market Lavington, near Devizes in Wiltshire including the garage, garden and shed. Once completed we were asked to do what we call a pre sales clean. This was a last minute job as the company already instructed let the family down on the Friday when completion on the sale was for Wednesday the following week. WE NEVER LET PEOPLE DOWN.

We have been very busy bees and travelled all over Wiltshire, including buying furniture from a beautiful country house hotel in Hungerford, a number of house clearances in Marlborough, Trowbridge, Calne and Devizes.

We have recently completed house clearances in West Overton, Lymington, The Hamble near Southampton, Andover, we have one to start next week in Swindon.
